1. Quotes, estimates and order acceptance

Website prices, calculators, visualizers and preliminary estimates are planning tools. Product availability, dimensions, compatibility, taxes, delivery, installation requirements and final pricing are confirmed by Derkson Garage Door Co. before an order is accepted. A purchase or service agreement is formed only when Derkson Garage Door Co. accepts the order or authorization and any required deposit is received.

2. Measurements, specifications and site conditions

Customers must provide accurate opening, site and delivery information. Unless Derkson Garage Door Co. completes a field measure, customer-supplied measurements remain the customer's responsibility. Final specifications may change after inspection where framing, structure, electrical service, headroom, access, safety or code conditions require different work.

3. Pricing, taxes and disclosed fees

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, PST, delivery, mileage, freight, credit-card, financing, administration or other fees are shown on the applicable quote, cart, order or invoice before acceptance. Product or pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

4. Deposits, payments and financing

Deposits and progress payments may be required for ordered products, custom doors or scheduled work. E-transfers for approved orders may be sent to paynow@derksonent.com only after Derkson Garage Door Co. confirms the total; include the quote or invoice number. Financing is subject to the lender's approval, agreement, rates and fees.

5. Special orders, cancellations and returns

Custom-sized, specially configured, installed, used, electrical and special-order products may not be returnable. Any cancellation, restocking, return-shipping or supplier charge will be disclosed and handled according to the accepted order and applicable law. Contact Derkson Garage Door Co. before returning any item.

6. Scheduling, delivery and customer access

Dates and lead times are estimates until confirmed. Weather, supplier, carrier, site-access and other conditions outside Derkson Garage Door Co.'s control may affect timing. Customers must provide safe access, a clear work area, required utilities and an authorized contact. Delivery risk, unloading requirements and visible freight damage must be handled as stated on the order and carrier documents.

7. Installation, service and safety

Customers must stop operating a damaged or unsafe door and keep people and property clear. Springs, cables, doors and operators can store significant energy and should be serviced by qualified personnel. Additional authorized work or parts discovered during service will be documented on the ticket or invoice.

8. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply according to the manufacturer's published terms and product eligibility. Derkson Garage Door Co. workmanship coverage, if included, is stated on the accepted document. Normal wear, misuse, impact, corrosion, inadequate maintenance, extreme conditions, building movement, unauthorized alteration and third-party work may be excluded. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Online store, images and product information

Images, colours and renderings are representative and may vary by screen, production run or installed conditions. Compatibility must be confirmed before installation. Uploaded photos and project information may be used to prepare the requested quote, service, order or support response in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and applicable law

Derkson Garage Door Co. is responsible for its obligations under the accepted agreement and applicable Saskatchewan and Canadian law. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms and Derkson Garage Door Co. transactions are governed by the laws applicable in Saskatchewan.

11. Questions or project-specific terms
